What is Ignify eCommerce's return policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item to Ignify eCommerce for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are in unsellable condition, or are missing parts, will be charged a restocking/refurbishing fee at our discretion. We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.
 
When will I get my order?
We will ship your order promptly after it is received. Most merchandise will arrive in 7-10 business days. Oversized items may take longer.
 
What payment methods does Ignify eCommerce accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Pre-paid Company Check, or Personal Check, (Note: All Check Orders take longer to process because they must first be cleared with the bank), Wire Transfer, and Purchase Orders, depending on your account.

How do I submit a Reseller Permit number?
On our Business to Business Store, Reseller Permit Number is asked during registration. When you sign up, provide your Reseller Permit Number in that form.
